Ibex Salapi with 153 points lifted the 9th CEC Cup Archery Tournament on October 29 at sports stadium, Padum.

Out of 40 registered teams, a total of 37 teams competed in the championship. The Dorjay Lotus of Babalachen Bakarchey with 45 points won the title of individual highest scorer. 

Executive Councilor, LAHDC, Kargil, Er. Punchok Tashi and Padma Shri awardee, Chultim Chonjor attended the concluding day of the tournament.

The EC congratulated the winner, runner-up, and other participants for taking part in the tournament and stated that such events will boost communal harmony and sportsmanship. 

Team Kanishika Sani with 141 points and Archer Crew Padum with 132 points scored 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.
