To ensure good fruit harvest in Dha and Beema area, a two-day training programme on using pesticides and other applications was held on February 10. The training programme was organised by the Horticulture Department Khaltsi.

The farmers were educated about spraying pesticides and other important applications to protect their fruit orchards from the insect mauling and other harmful germs and bacteria.

 

The programme was initiated in the wake of the widespread insect attack of the apricot trees since few years.
