Super-specialist doctors from AIIMS Delhi felicitated Ladakh hope for continued support from AIIMS Delhi to provide medical services says LG

Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, RK Mathur felicitating the super-specialist doctors from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi.

UT Administration and Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Leh, along with District Administration, Leh felicitated 30 super-specialist doctors from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, who are in Leh for a Super Specialist Mega Medical Camp at Sonam Nurboo Memorial (SNM) Hospital from April 25 to 29. 

Ashoka Mission led by Ven Lama Lobzang facilitated the medical camp. 

Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, RK Mathur appreciated AIIMS Delhi and Ashoka Mission for providing this opportunity to the people of Ladakh. He stated that Ladakh is fortunate to have a long association with AIIMS and requested continued association with the Institute for the benefit of the people of Ladakh. He thanked the super-specialist doctors from AIIMS led by the Head of Gastroenterology, Dr Anoop Saraya for their service.

Dr Anoop Saraya from AIIMS Delhi also shared the experiences of working with the super-specialist doctors in Ladakh and the diseases prevalent among the people of Ladakh.
