Principal Secretary finalizes proposed annual action plan for 2022-2023

Principal Secretary, Dr. Pawan Kotwal finalizing the proposed annual action plan for 2022-2023 of Health, Revenue, Forest, and Wildlife Departments  with the concerned officers.

Principal Secretary, Dr. Pawan Kotwal reviewed the progress of action plan 2021-2022 and finalizes the proposed annual action plan for 2022-2023 of Health, Revenue, Forest, and Wildlife Departments on February 8.

Principal Secretary instructed the officials to keep ready the Detailed Project Report (DPR) with an estimated cost for proposed new schemes for the financial year 2022-2023; get the administrative approvals for them, put them to tenders,  well before April 01, 2022. He instructed the officials to start working on all the schemes on the ground for the financial year 2022-2023 by April 01, 2022. 
 
Both the Deputy Commissioner Leh and Kargil were asked to build libraries. He said the first priority should be to build a library of printed books and after stocking the library with printed books they can move toward digital books. He said the e-library is a good user-friendly application and can be accessed on the go. 
 
A detailed discussion also took place on the annual action plan for 2022-2023 of Health, Forest, and Wildlife Departments as well. 
 
Chief Conservator of Forest/Chief Wildlife Warden Ladakh, Preet Pal Singh; Regional Wildlife Warden, Mufti Sajjad Hussain; Deputy Commissioner, Leh, Shrikant Suse; Director Health Services, Dr. Motup Dorje; CMO Kargil, Munawar Hussain; Deputy Director Planning Konchok Gyalson; AC Superintending Engineer, Nissar Hussain; AD Planning, Tashi Dolma; and CPWD official Mahesh Kumar were present during the meeting.
