District Police, Leh arrested one drug peddler during a Naka checking at Airport road Skalzangling, Leh and recovered contraband substances, Spasmo Proxyvon Plus, 1330 capsules, Tramadol Hydrochloride, 96 tablets, and Ganja 60 grams.

The person namely Waseem Khan S/o Karimmullah R/o Skyanos Leh was arrested and case FIR No 28/2022 under the relevant section of law has been registered at Police Station Leh. The investigation of the case has been started.

District Police Leh requested the general public to come forward with any information regarding drug peddlers and join hands with police in the fight against the menace of drugs in the district.
