Nubra MLA seeks better mobile network in his constituency

A memorandum for better mobile network coverage in Nubra valley was submitted to Chief General Manager Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Jammu by Deldan Namgail, MLA Nubra on 29th December. 

The memorandum highlighted the problems faced by people of Nubra valley in terms of poor communication network services. 

The MLA stated that the valley is surrounded by army establishments which further increases the subscriber load of BSNL services in the valley, besides 85% of the villages don’t fall under the core network area. 
 
He further intimated about the early submission of the case to CGM, J&K and also in the state assembly to take up the matter with GoI on behalf of the J&K government. 

He appealed the CGM, BSNL, J&K for early installation of mobile towers on priority in villages of Tongsted, Turtuk, Chamshen, Digger and Largyab covering Hunder Dok in Nubra sub-division.
