NHIDCL donates three multi-purpose life support ambulances

Kargil :

National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) donated three multi-purpose life support ambulances to the health department Kargil on November 11.

Chairman and Chief Executive Councilor, LAHDC, Kargil Feroz Ahmad Khan flagged off the ambulances from Council Secretariat, Kurbathang.

Executive Director NHIDCL, Colonel Rajiv Kumar apprised that the multi-purpose life support ambulances are equipped with modern facilities including automatic loading stretchers, scoop stretchers, oxygen cylinders, manual resuscitators, nebulizers, GPS tracking systems, and other allied facilities. He further said that these ambulances will play a critical role in stabilizing the condition of critically injured persons.

CEC, Feroz Ahmad Khan hailed the philanthropic activities carried out by the NHIDCL in Kargil district under CSR. He expressed optimism that the agency will continue its endeavors for the welfare of the general population in the future as well.
