The newly elected Executive Councillor Er. Punchok Tashi received a grand reception on arrival at Akshow in Sub-Division Zanskar on October 24.

Thousands of supporters, party workers, and Sub-Divisional officers headed by Incharge SDM , Tsering Norbu at village Akshow were present.

The EC was accompanied by Councilor Karsha Constituency, Stanzin Jigmath, contested candidate of Cha Constituency Stanzin Sonam and President Youth Wing, Indian Congress Committee UT Ladakh Manla Dorjay.
