LAHDC-KSSRB matric-level examination to be held on May 28 in Kargil

Joint Director, Information, Ladakh, Imteeaz Kacho also the Observer, KSSRB Exam chaired the orientation/preparatory meeting for LAHDC-Kargil Subordinate Service Requirement Board (KSSRB) matric-level examination scheduled for May 28.

District Treasury Officer/Controller of Examination, Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents, and other concerned Officers were present.

Imteeaz Kacho appreciated the sincere efforts and commitment of the entire team towards conducting the previous Graduate-level and 10+2 level examinations under the overall leadership and guidance of Deputy Commissioner/CEO, LAHDC, Kargil, Santosh Sukhadeve, IAS and towards making them successful.

During the orientation, the arrangements for the forthcoming examination and logistics were reviewed to ensure that the exam in each centre is conducted smoothly and transparently.

The examination will be held in two shifts (pre and post-lunch). Joint Director urged the Superintendents to ensure that washrooms in all centers are kept in readiness in coordination with the concerned authorities.

He expressed satisfaction over the fact that each and all Officers/officials had performed the assigned duties efficiently and to the best of their ability.

In his address, the Controller of Examination threw light on the process of examination and gave instructions regarding complaints and minor issues faced during the previous examinations and also directed the Superintendents to strictly follow the timelines as per the standard operating procedure.

The Controller of Examination instructed the Superintendents to direct the Invigilators to sign the OMR sheets along with ensuring that the candidates have filled up all the particulars.

 Further, he directed the Superintendents and Deputy Superintendents to ensure the timely distribution of question papers before the commencement of the examination, the distribution of OMR sheets in sequence, and that OMR sheets are filled properly.

 While lauding their determination, he wished them good luck for the last phase of the KSSRB examination.
