The Operation theatre, in sub-district Hospital, Khaltsi was inaugurated by CEC Dr. Sonam Dawa on December 16.

Dr. Dawa said that the functionality of OT has added an extended facility in Khaltsi sub-district hospital and urged the doctors to efficiently handle a maximum of surgical cases from Sham region in Khaltsi.

       

He further said that with getting OT functional in Khaltsi it has enabled the facility to undertake major surgeries, gynecology related emergency operations and other surgical cases in Khaltsi itself. 

He was accompanied by Tsering Wangdus, EC Agriculture, Councillor Khaltsi, Councillor Tingmosgang, SDM Khaltsi, CMO Leh, BMO Khaltsi and medical staff of sub-district hospital Khaltsi.
