Kargil gears up for inauguration of new district court complex
A meeting was convened under the chairmanship of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kargil, Sheikh Gowher Hussain on March 17, to review and finalize preparations for the upcoming inauguration of the New District Court Complex in Kargil.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioner Kargil, Rakesh Kumar; Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kargil, Nitin Yadav; Chief Judicial Magistrate Kargil, Tsewang Phuntsog; Secretary, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Kargil, Chemit Yurgyal; Munsiff Sankoo, Sadiq Ali Wazir; along with other district officers.
Detailed deliberations were held regarding the arrangements and coordination required for the successful conduct of the inauguration ceremony. The New
District Court Complex, Kargil, is scheduled to be inaugurated by the Chief Justice of India, Justice Surya Kant, in the presence of the Chief Justice of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, along with other dignitaries.
All departments were directed to ensure seamless coordination and to make necessary arrangements to facilitate the smooth conduct of the event.
The meeting concluded with a collective commitment from all stakeholders to ensure that the inauguration ceremony is conducted in a dignified and well-organized manner.
