110 healthcare workers, including two doctors and 108 paramedics, were vaccinated in the first phase of the mass Covid-19 vaccination drive, at Primary Healthcare Centre (PHC), Tangtse on January 19.

On January 16, a total of 79 healthcare workers were vaccinated in Leh.

Healthcare workers are being vaccinated across the country in the first phase of the COVID-19 vaccination drive. This is the world’s biggest vaccination drive against the coronavirus disease and has been launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
