Free SSC coaching for aspirants from Leh district begins

Free SSC coaching arranged by the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Leh for the aspirants from the Leh district was formally launched by the Chairman/ CEC, LAHDC Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson at Sindhu Sanskriti Kendra, Leh on April 8.

Deputy Director, Employment, Leh, Delex Namgyal informed about the class schedules and batches. The coaching will be provided in two batches each day at SSK Leh and Paras Hall of Boys Higher Secondary School Leh. There will be three batches for SSC Graduation Level and one batch for the SSC 10th and 12th levels. He added that all the aspirants would be provided with unique IDs and passes.

CEC, Tashi Gyalson shared that the opportunities for the youths, in particular, have increased immensely in Ladakh with the formation of the Union Territory. He expressed gratitude to the officers of Hill Council and the District Administration, Leh and appreciated their hard work and effort in successfully executing the initiative of LAHDC Leh in providing free SSC coaching. He also thanked the role of SAMKALP IAS in creating the opportunity. 

He also assured to support the youths of Ladakh in every possible way in their vision to build the future of Ladakh.

Deputy Commissioner, Leh, Shrikant Balasaheb Suse stated that such kind of SSC coaching by the administration is being conducted for the first time in Ladakh. DC Leh lauded the collaborative effort of both the Hill Council and the District Administration in making the SSC coaching possible and accessible for the aspirants within a short time frame. 

Dy Chairman/EC Education, Tsering Angchuk appealed to the aspirants to not squander the opportunity of availing of coaching at their home place. He advised them to take the maximum benefit from the SSC coaching arranged by the LAHDC Leh.

SAMKALP IAS faculty, Vikas Duryodhan Kolekar spoke on the opportunity for the Leh aspirants to get free SSC guidance and coaching by them.

The inaugural event concluded with an interactive session on career guidance with the SDM Nubra, Lakshay Singhal and Probationary IAS Officer, Namgyal Angmo, who gave an insight into preparation for competitive exams and cleared the queries put forward by the aspirants.
