Five-day IMPACT training concludes in Leh

The valedictory function of five-day-long "IMPACT" (Integrated Multidisciplinary Professional Advancement Course for Teacher) training was held virtually on December 5 at District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Leh.

Deputy Chairman/Executive Councilor for Education, LAHDC Leh, Tsering Angchuk; District Education Planning Officer, Leh, Tsetan Dorje, and State Nodal Teacher Training, Phuntsog Dorje and the concerned officers and officials were also present.

The 5-day training conducted from December 1-5 was attended by 180 trainee teachers; 60 from each Zone at their respective zones.

Chief Executive Councilor, LAHDC Leh also addressed the teachers of different zones in the first session of the 4th day, and on the same day in the afternoon session, Deputy Commissioner Leh addressed the teachers.

National Best Teacher awardee Sonam Gyaltson also shared his experience with the teachers.

The training was given by the key resource persons who were earlier trained by the Resource Persons of NCERT.
