On 6th March District Mahilla Congress Leh President Rinchen Dolkar extended her heartiest congratulation to the people of Jammu and Kashmir, Nawang Rigzin (Jora) and congress high command at Centre and State for the appointment of Nawang Rigzin Jora as congress leader in the State Assembly of Jammu and Kashmir.

Being elected as leader in the Assembly it will be good for the people of J&K by providing this great opportunity for him to check the different works and decisions in the Assembly with a democratic way. As Nawang Rigzin Jora has been one of the successful Cabinet Minister under different portfolios since last 15 years and had good experiences of J&K state assembly and state as a whole.

District Mahilla Congress also extends their thanks to party high command in the state and in the centre for being elected (Jora) as the leader of Congress legislature party especially from Ladakh region of the state and it again proves that Congress party treating all the three region of the state equally.
