Delegation of retired central govt employees call on LG Mathur Requests for intervention in setting up CGHS Centre in Leh

Leh :

A delegation of retired central government employees, including C Phunsog (Retd IAS), T Punchok (Retd IPS), T Namgail (Retd DIG SSB), and Tsewang Namgyal (Retd IFS) met the Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, RK Mathur on October 22 at Raj Niwas.

They informed about a large number of serving and retired central government employees in Ladakh who are currently availing the benefits of the Central Government Healthcare Scheme (CGHS) out of which many are CGHS card-holders while the rest are in the process of acquiring the card.

The delegation requested intervention in expediting the setting up of a CGHS Centre in Leh so that the central government employees can avail its full benefits.
