DC Nubra conducts surprise inspection of Government High School Hunder
Deputy Commissioner Nubra, Mukul Beniwal, IAS, conducted a surprise inspection of Government High School Hunder on June 9 to review the academic functioning and overall performance of the institution.
During the visit, the Deputy Commissioner examined the school's enrolment and attendance records of both students and staff to assess regularity and institutional functioning. He also interacted with students in their classrooms, evaluated their learning levels through direct questioning, and observed the ongoing teaching-learning process.
Emphasising the importance of quality education and academic excellence, Beniwal directed the Principal and teaching staff to strengthen classroom instruction, improve learning outcomes, and ensure that students receive quality education in a conducive learning environment.
He further stressed the need for continuous monitoring of academic performance and encouraged teachers to adopt effective teaching practices to enhance students’ understanding and overall development.
The inspection was aimed at assessing educational standards and ensuring the effective implementation of academic activities in government schools across the district.
