To discuss pre-plan formulation of Capex budget 2020-21 for Leh, Gyal P. Wangyal, CEC, Hill Council, Leh convened a meeting of Executive Councillors with Rigzin Samphel (IAS), Commissioner Secretary Finance UT Ladakh at Council Secretariat on April 20.

The meeting was attended by Tsering Sandup, Deputy Chairman;  Phunchok Stanzin, EC Agriculture;  Konchok Stanzin, EC Education; Mumtaz Hussain, EC Minority Affairs; Sachin Kumar, Deputy Commissioner, Leh;  Tahir Hussain, Director Finance Accounts & Treasury and Tsewang Gyaltson, CPO, Leh. 

Discussion about minor confusions and need of ratification regarding overlapping /duplication of projects reflected in ₹ 332 crore Capex budget of Hill Council,Leh, State Sector and Special Development Project (SDP) of UT Ladakh were held.
