An awareness programme on registration of antiquities in the custody of individual and private institutions of Ladakh, at Archives Office, Leh was organised by the Department of Archives, Archaeology, and Museums, Leh on October 26.

The awareness programme was organised as a part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebration.

Appreciating the individual and private institutions, who had come to register their antique artifacts, EC Chosphel assured to provide all support in their endeavor to preserve and promote the rich culture and heritage of Ladakh. He urged them to avail of numerous schemes of the central government in this respect.
