An assessment camp-cum-environmental building for Children with Special Needs (CWSN) was organised by the Zonal Education Officer (ZEO), Khaltse, Sonam Dolker on August 28 at Government Higher Secondary School, Khaltse.

Nodal officers- Nahida Bano and Rinchen Dolma- explained the importance and need of assessment camp-cum-environmental building for Children with Special Needs (CWSN) to the parents. Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBKS) representatives, Tsering Yangzes and Rigzin Angmo measured the weight and height of the differently-abled children. Orthopaedic Surgeon, Dr. Stanzin Sonam diagnosed all the disabled children, and Ophthalmologist, Dr. Skarma Yangchan conducted the vision test on the children.
