Art exhibition held at Lamdon School Leh

A variety of art pieces displayed by the students during an art exhibition in Lamdon School on May 13. The exhibition was organized by Lamdon School Leh in collaboration with Socially Engaged Buddhist of Ladakh (SEboL). 

An exhibition was carried out under the direction of Sandeepa, an art teacher from Pune who has voluntarily taught various forms of art like origami, embroidery and painting for six weeks to the student of Lamdon School.

Sandeepa said that the students are very talented and learned the origami and paper art, embroidery very fast. She thanked the students for participating in the event despite busy academic schedules. 

Otsal Wangdus, President SEBoL said that this kind of exhibition develop a creative interest among students as art is important for all of us.

Principal Lamdon School Leh, Eshey Tundup thanked SEBoL for organizing such skilful activities which helps the students to horne their skills.

 

Forms of artwork like embroidery, origami, drawing, painting, cloth colouring were displayed in the hall.
