“Lzawey Dhangzer” released, earns ₹ 60,000 in 3 days

The Ladakhi feature film “Lzawey Dhangzer “was premiered on 6th January at Diskit Tsal Community hall, Leh. 
 
The movie was produced by TMS Film Production House and directed by Tsewang Samphel-Chushot. 
 
Chief Guest of the occasion was President, Ladakh Buddhist Association-Tsewang Thinles. Padmashree Murup Namgyal, LBA Women wing President -Tsewang Dolma, LBA Youth President- Rinchen Namgyal and many more were present.
  
Tsewang Thinles congratulated all the team of Lzawey Dhangzer. He said LBA will provide an auditorium hall in two years and in next year we are providing a youth complex with all the facilities for the youths of Ladakh.
 
He said he had and will again talk about the need of the auditorium to the CEC-LAHDC and the Deputy Commissioner-Leh.
 
Talking about the movie, it has taken 7 months to complete and has been shot in Himachal Pradesh also. The total budget of the film was an approx of Rs 8 lakh. The story is about the importance of education and the difference of the poor and the rich in the society. The movie earned around ₹60,000 from first three shows. 
 
Ladakh Media and cultural society expressed the biggest drawback of not having a hall to premiere the films.
