Majlis-e-Ulma Committee Leh organised a seminar cum interaction for the students studying outside Ladakh on 21 July for boys and on 28 July for girls. More than 100 students studying in different parts of the state participated and asked questions to the Ulma regarding the challenges faced by them in daily life.

The topic for boys was ‘Imamat’ and for girls was ‘Afaf aur Makam Aurat’. While interacting with the students, dynamic and energetic young Ulma, Sheikh Manzoor highlighted the students about the importance of Imamat and the status and rights of women in Islam. After the prayers, councilor,  Ghulam Sayedin also interacted with the students and told them about the importance of modern education.
