Ladakh Spal-Ngam Tus-Ton which was scheduled to be held on October 7 is decided to observe on October 18. It was informed by CEC, Dr. Sonam Dawa in a meeting held at Council Secretariat on October 13.

 

“Due to Uri attack and Home Minister Rajnath Singh’s visit we have to postpone this event,” added Dr. Dawa.
