District Congress Committee held a meeting on 3rd July. The meeting was preceded by President, Tsering Samphel-District Congress Committee, Leh. 

In the meeting Vice President, Rahul Gandhi, All India Congress Committee, New Delhi, was shown gratitude for nominating Thupstan Angchuk, Councillor Nyoma as General Secretary, J&K Pradesh Youth Congress.
