Chief Secretary, UT-Ladakh, Ashish Kundra on January 20 visited the Polo Ground, Leh, to review and inspect the preparations being made for the forthcoming Republic Day celebrations.

During the visit, the Chief Secretary assessed the arrangements related to venue readiness, seating, stage setup, parade preparations, and other logistical aspects essential for the smooth conduct of the national event. 

He was accompanied by officers from various concerned departments, including Police, Municipal Committee, PWD and other line departments.

Ashish Kundra emphasised the importance of timely completion of all preparations and directed the concerned departments to work in close coordination to ensure a dignified, safe, and well organised Republic Day celebration. He reiterated that all arrangements should reflect the spirit and significance of the occasion.
