Leadership communication program for school leaders kicks off in Leh

The LAHDC, Leh and the Administration of the Union Territory of Ladakh, in collaboration with DIET Leh, launched a three-day Leadership Communication Program in partnership with GoldenMile Learning on August 12.
The program, running from August 12 to 14, brings together Headmasters and Principals from Higher Secondary and Senior Secondary Schools across Leh’s six educational zones, along with selected private school administrators.
Designed on the basis of a prior needs analysis, the training covers three key modules — Communication for Connection and Influence, Public Speaking: Debunking the Myths, and Building Teams and Leading Change. The sessions aim to inspire change through effective communication and strengthen educational leadership in the region.
The training is being conducted by subject expert Tarana Patel and Program Director, GML Mumbai India (EDU), Dr. Neepa Oza, both trainers from the GoldenMile Learning Trust.
