The third phase of tablet distribution under the Yun-Tab Scheme of the School Education Department, UT Ladakh, concluded at the Deputy CEO Office, Sankoo, on June 11. The initiative, aimed at strengthening digital learning infrastructure across the region, was executed with enthusiasm and efficiency.

Chief Education Officer (CEO) Kargil, Sonam Angchuk, handed over tablets to the in-charge teachers of various schools in the Sankoo Zone, ensuring that all eligible institutions were covered under this phase of the scheme.

The distribution ceremony witnessed the presence of several distinguished officials, including Tsering Wangdus, Deputy CEO Sankoo; Mohd Akbar Khan, Zonal Education Officer Sankoo; and Ahmad Ali, Coordinator of the Yun-Tab Scheme, along with other officers from the education department. Their participation highlighted the administration’s ongoing commitment to promoting digital literacy and modern education practices among students in Ladakh.
