An earthquake tremor with 6.2 magnitudes felt in the parts of Northern India including Ladakh, Srinagar, Jammu, New Delhi and Punjab on January 31.

 

Sonam Lotus, Director Metrological Centre informed that earthquake of Magnitude 6.2 occurred at 12:36:32 IST, Lat: 37.4 N & Long: 69.6 E, Depth: 190 Km, in Afghanistan, Tajikistan border.

In Leh, the earthquake tremor was felt around 12:39 PM.
