Army Red team represented by the players of Ladakh Scout Regiment won 9th National Ice Hockey Championship beating ITBP team by 6-5 goals on February 21.

The championship was organised by Ice Hockey Association of India (IHAI) from February 16 till 21 at Ambience mall, New Delhi. A total of 12 teams representing Maharashtra, Haryana, Ladakh UT, Chandigarh UT, ITBP, and the Army participated.

The final match played between Army Red and ITBP teams enthralled the spectators with their high-quality display of technical skill and game control. 
 
Meanwhile, Army Blue team also won the Bronze Medal.
