A ceremonial Guard of Honour was accorded to Chief Secretary Dr Pawan Kotwal at the UT Secretariat, Leh, on December 31 on the occasion of his superannuation, in recognition of his distinguished and dedicated service to the Union Territory of Ladakh.

Senior officers and officials of the UT Administration were present on the occasion and paid tribute to Dr Kotwal’s exemplary leadership, administrative acumen, and commitment to public service.

The Guard of Honour symbolised the Administration’s appreciation of his significant contributions towards strengthening governance and advancing administrative reforms in the Union Territory.

The UT Administration of Ladakh conveyed its gratitude for Dr Kotwal’s invaluable service and extended best wishes for a healthy, peaceful, and fulfilling post-retirement life.
