A meeting with all the Head of Departments regarding the preparation of Capex Budget 2020-21 and revised estimates 2019-20 was convened by Sachin Kumar DC/CEO, Leh on October 10 at DC Conference Hall. 

DC directed all the officers to finalise the proposed budget preparation and submit it to his office with relevant justifications to present in the coming budget discussion. 

He instructed the officers to explore all the avenues for capital expenditure and innovation besides regular expenditure in the formulation of the proposed budget for 2020-21 including all the data. He urged them to learn effective ways to work with proper planning.
