ADC Leh reviews Revenue Court Case Management System (RCCMS)
Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Leh, Mukul Beniwal (IAS), chaired a meeting-cum-demonstration session on the Revenue Court Case Management System (RCCMS) at the VC Hall, DC Office Leh.
A team from the National Informatics Centre (NIC) under the Department of Land Resources (DoLR) is currently on an official visit to Ladakh from March 16 to 19 to hold discussions and conduct demonstrations of the RCCMS software.
During the session, the NIC team demonstrated the RCCMS application to the ADC Leh, along with revenue officers and officials from Leh and Kargil districts. The demonstration highlighted key functionalities of the application, particularly its role in managing case records and streamlining hearing processes.
Detailed discussions were held on the system’s workflow, including procedures related to case hearings and digital record management. The session aimed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the application to ensure efficient and transparent case management.
The NIC team also interacted with officials to understand the existing workflow, administrative hierarchy, and specific requirements of the revenue department in the region.
The session was attended by Additional Collector Revenue (ACR) Leh, Delex Namgial (JKAS); SDM Karu, Deachen Chondol (JKAS); SDM Nyoma; Naib Tehsildars; and other concerned officials from Leh and Kargil districts, both in person and through virtual mode.
